Is it weird that I’m still wearing this Sydney Law School T-shirt? If you’ve been keeping up with my blog or any of my social media, you would know that I attend a new law school in NYC, BUT do I feel comfortable repping my new school? Honestly, no. I’m not attending my dream law school, and though it would be great if I could talk positively about my experience in this school and/or my experience in law school in general, I can’t offer that kind of optimism to you readers. Sorry!
Just understand that I hate law school, I hate this school in particular, AND there is a constant struggle between dropping out and lasting one more month in my mind. Even with all the self-reflection and prayers for answers, I can’t say the answer has become any more clear!
I’m all about doing what makes me happy. And right now, I’m unsure whether this strife is the necessary pain I need to endure towards my happiness.
So if you ask me what school I attend, I will politely re-direct the conversation or decline to answer. I’m not interested in discussing it so I won’t. Just being true to my feelings RIGHT NOW.
Okay long intro, but it had to be said! Lol onto the outfit! Today I’m featuring another business-sexy look! I mean, plaid is typically a professional pattern. And plaid skirts always remind me of my uniform school days. This skirt, however, is way too form fitting to pass for business. I wouldn’t wear it to a business meeting, but it’s great for a casual setting! I love the length and the stretch of this skirt. Makes me look like I have booty lol. And even more, I was surprised to see the Rainbow tag, but of course, Rainbow comes through once again!
Pairing this skirt with a college shirt reinforced that a business feel.
Lastly, my sequin sweater was an item I couldn’t pass up on! Sequin is just becoming “my thing”. Throw this sweater over any item and you’ve added some glam to your look. And these heels are a repeat from my last post – one of my favorite latest outfits! Check it out if you haven’t already!
Until next time!
